Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz. (dry) macaroni
- 1 7-oz. can chunk tuna
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions with greens
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles (Mom's zucchini pickles)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
Preparation
- Cook, drain, and cool pasta
- Combine with remaining ingredients
- Chill and serve
