Busy Mom's Beef Stroganoff
We really love this recipe!
Ingredients
1 lb. stew beef, cut in chunks the size you'll want to pick up on a fork (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package instant onion soup
1/2 cup water
mushrooms if you want (personally I don't want, but a lot of people vote me down on this one)
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake in covered casserole dish for 2½ hours at 300ºF.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles
Yield: 3 servings (This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.)
