Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
1 pkg. Broccoli coleslaw (can use rainbow slaw)
1 pkg. Chicken flavor ramen noodle (don't use flavor pkg.)
1 cup Slivered almonds
1 cup Salted sunflower nuts
1/3 cup White vinegar
1/3 cup Vegetable oil (not olive)
1/3 cup Sugar
Preparation
- Crush ramen noodles in package with hands.
- Add slaw, almonds and sunflower nuts.
- Mix oil, vinegar and sugar, pour over salad.
- Toss lightly.
- Let sit a few hours or overnight.
TIPS: We use ½ cup of vinegar, oil and sugar.
