Fresh Salsa
You heard right, fresh salsa. No cooking, just cut up the ingredients and serve.
(It will take a while to cut up everything, but it is worth it.)
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
6 - 8 cloves of garlic
1 lime, juice of
1/4 bunch cilantro chopped
1 dozen jalapeno peppers chopped with seeds
3 habanera peppers
3 peppers, green, yellow and red (one each)
6 tomatoes, red, yellow and orange (if you can get the colors other than red)
1 red onion
KONRIKO Jalapeno All Purpose Seasoning (here is a place that carries it but check with Google).
Preparation
- Everything gets chopped
- Sprinkle the seasoning-salt in when vegetables are added together (not much direction on this step).
Yield: Fairly large bowl. Serve with chips. It is fantastic, I think it is on the hot side but bearable.
