Dalgona Coffee

Gen showed me this great way to make iced coffee - it's almost like coffee ice cream. Very fancy and delicious. (Speaking of almost like coffee ice cream, I bet you could add shaved dark chocolate to the top and it would be delicious.)

Ingredients - Per Serving

2 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Put ice cubes (3-4) into a glass and fill it about 2/3rds full with milk
Measure coffee, sugar, and then water into mixing bowl
Wisk until stiff (using an electronic mixer with a wisk attachment makes this a lot easier and quicker)
Spoon into the glass(es)
Serve with a spoon to mix it up
