Ingredients Preparation

I gently pour prosecco into the glass first as it has tended (for me) to bubble up quite a bit. Add the peach nectar and liqueur. Stir it just enough to mix the ingredients.

It is said that you can make your own peach purée and that this works just as well. Peaches were not in season when I tried making my own, and I didn't like the result. Too pulpy (maybe I could have blended it more), and not sweet enough ... though when I tried it I was not adding the peach liqueur (which adds sweetness). It may work if you have fresh, ripe peaches.
